We offer you the purchase of LIA X LAUREN articles on our online-shop. We would like to present our General Terms and Conditions to you below, which we apply to all orders placed by you via our online-shop. The latest version of our General Terms and Conditions applies to your purchases on LIA X LAUREN on the date of order.

Conclusion of Contract

Binding Order: The presentation of services and products advertised in the online shop is only an invitation to place an order. Only by clicking on the displayed confirmation button do you place a binding order for the articles on the order page.

Confirmation of order: We will confirm the receipt of your order promptly by email after the order has been placed. A binding contract is only concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation.

Deadlines: If working days are herein indicated as deadlines, we understand this to mean all days from Monday to and including Friday, with the exception of public holidays.

Prices & Costs

Prices: The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order shall apply. Shipping costs are waived if the minimum order value is at least CHF 400. For the shipping of particularly bulky, heavy or valuable items, different shipping charges may apply, which we state individually for each article.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website on the order date are the prices applicable to your order.

Payment due date: The purchase price as well as possible shipping costs incurred become due upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise provided for in the prevailing version of the General Terms and Conditions.

Payments

Payment methods: We only accept the payment methods indicated to you during the ordering process. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for every order and to refer to other payment methods. You are responsible for paying possible costs resulting from a money transfer.

Payment by credit card: In the case of purchase by credit card, your credit card account will be debited immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

Deliveries

Orders are generally only delivered within Switzerland. We will deliver the article(s) you have ordered to the address indicated in the order as soon as possible. Orders are delivered upon signature of the recipient only.

Warranty

General: Our liability for our own fault as well as that of our employees, legal representatives and other agents is limited to intent.

Warranty: As a consumer, you are requested to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, visible defects and transport damage and to notify us and the shipping company in writing of any complaints as quickly as possible. Items made to order and bespoke items are specially made for you and are not eligible for return or exchange. Should the goods received not correspond to your order or be faulty, please notify us within 7 working days of delivery by email at studio@liaxlauren.com or LIA X LAUREN shall have no liability.

The site and its content are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks. LIA X LAUREN reserve our rights in respect of this.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governing law: Substantive Swiss law shall apply to all legal transactions or other legal relationships with us. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and any other intergovernmental agreements shall not apply and are herewith excluded.

Place of jurisdiction: With regard to consumers, the place of jurisdiction shall be the Swiss domicile of the consumer. In respect of transactions with business customers, the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes shall be our registered seat. In this case we are also entitled to bring an action at the residence of the customer.
